Automated Tagging¶

Automated tagging is the core feature of TagOps, enabling consistent, policy-driven tagging across all your AWS resources without manual intervention.

Overview¶

TagOps provides two automated tagging mechanisms:

• Event-Based Tagging: Tags resources immediately upon creation
• Scheduled Scanning: Periodic scans to tag existing resources

How It Works¶

1. Define tagging rules with conditions and actions
2. TagOps monitors AWS resources
3. When conditions match, tags are applied automatically
